Returns / Exchange Policy

We are confident you are going to LOVE the quality of your Pickleball Funwear.  You’ll be glad to know that 99% of all shipped orders meet our customers’ quality standards. However, in a small number of cases, something occasionally goes wrong.

Claims for Damaged/Defective Items – Any claims for misprinted/damaged/defective items must be submitted within 15 days after the product has been received (which we determine to be 9 days after the date your order was placed).  Claims deemed an error on our part are covered at our expense. In order for us to replace your item you’ll need to submit 3 photos (a close up, the whole product, and an additional angle) clearly showing the problem to info@pickleballfunwear.com along with a description of the issue.  Assuming everything is in order, we’ll get a replacement coming your way.

For Packages Lost in Transit – All claims must be submitted to info@pickleballfunwear.com no later than 30 days after the estimated delivery date.

Wrong Address – If you provide an address that is considered insufficient by the courier, the shipment will be returned to our facility. You will be liable for reshipment costs once we have confirmed an updated address with you (if and as applicable).

Unclaimed – Shipments that go unclaimed are returned to our facility and you will be liable for the cost of a reshipment to yourself (if and as applicable).

Returns – We do not refund orders for buyer’s remorse. Please be advised that our jersey/T-shirts run on the “snug” side, so if you don’t want a tight fit where your “love handles” show, be sure to order a size larger than your normal size.  If you need to exchange your product for a different size, you must do so within 15 days of date you received the product (which we determine to be 9 days after the date your order was placed).  We can only replace unworn and unlaundered items (they must be in new condition). Contact us at info@pickleballfunwear.com to request a size exchange. If you are issued an RMA # (Return Merchandise Authorization) after contacting us, you can return the item and it must be shipped to Pickleball Funwear, 1654 N Caufield Ct, Liberty Lake, WA 99016If you ship the item to a different location or send it without an RMA# you will not be eligible for a size exchange or refund.  Once we receive the product and inspect it, we will replace the product with the needed size at no additional cost to you. We will only do this one time.
